How long does delivery take?
Processing takes 2–4 days (everything is made by hand). Delivery across India takes 3–7 days depending on your city, in premium gift-safe packaging.
How do I add my video message?
Record a short video or voice note on your phone, share the link at checkout, and we convert it into a beautiful physical QR card placed inside your box. Tested twice before dispatch.
What can I personalise?
Photos, QR video/voice messages, names, initials and short notes. Box contents are fixed to guarantee premium quality and a curated unboxing.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We replace damaged items free of cost — just share an unboxing video for verification.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
