Custom/personalised products cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer nationwide shipping within India. Delivery timelines may vary based on product type, customisation requirements, and location. Delays due to courier issues or unforeseen events are not our responsibility once the product has been dispatched.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders for personalised/custom items cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.

  • For non-custom items, cancellation is allowed within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a video for review.

All content on this website — including logos, images, designs, and product descriptions — is the intellectual property of Luxly and may not be copied, reused, or reproduced without written permission.
