What is the quality and longevity of the preserved flower?
Our Forever Flower is preserved using professional techniques so it never withers. Kept in its glass bottle, it maintains color and texture for years with minimal maintenance—avoid direct sunlight and humidity for the longest life.
How does the Magic Candle reveal the hidden message?
The Magic Candle contains a protected wax capsule with the message “I AM SORRY.” As the candle burns the top layers, the capsule becomes visible and the message appears. Always follow the included candle safety instructions, never leave a burning candle unattended, and place on a heat-resistant surface.
How does the QR/NFC activation card work?
The activation card contains a QR pattern and an embedded NFC chip (optional). Scanning the QR with any smartphone camera or tapping an NFC-enabled phone opens your personalised media in the browser—no app required. We host the content securely and provide a private link bound to your order.
What are the shipping times and packaging details?
Standard dispatch time is 1–3 business days for handcrafted items. Shipping transit depends on your location—typical domestic delivery is 3–6 business days. Each Make It Right box is packaged with premium padding, tissue and a satin ribbon to ensure safe delivery and a memorable unboxing moment.
Can I add extra keepsakes (photo, tiny handwritten note)?
Yes — during checkout there is an “Add Keepsakes” option. You can upload a small photo or request a tiny handwritten note to be included in the bottle or scroll. We recommend photos under 2MB and simple handwritten messages under 200 characters for the best fit.
What materials are used for the Resin Love Token?
The token is handmade with high-grade resin, pigment and a magnetic backing (if selected). Each token is cured and finished for durability and a glossy premium look. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to preserve colours.
What’s your returns & exchange policy for personalised apology boxes?
Because each Make It Right box is handcrafted and personalised, we cannot accept returns for personalised media or messages. If an item arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact support within 7 days with photos — we’ll replace or refund damaged items on a case-by-case basis.
Is the audio/video content private and secure?
Yes. Personal media is hosted on secure servers and linked only to the order. The QR/NFC link is unique and unlisted—we do not publish your content publicly. If privacy or limited access is required, contact support to enable an expiry or password protection option.
Can I send the Make It Right box directly to the recipient?
Absolutely. Enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout and add a gift note if you’d like. We can omit pricing information from the packing slip and include only the personalised message and gift wrap.
